This 14km trail is challenging, but the spectacular views make it worthwhile. There are some steep ups and downs and we need to scale both Mt Vincent and Mt Cuthbert (over 500m). This is not a loop trail, which means 2 lots of mountains to tackle.

Eagle View Walk trail is a bushwalker’s delight, covering a variety of relatively pristine habitats, passing beautiful waterfalls and boasting spectacular wildflower displays in spring. It offers great views across the Swan Coastal Plain to Perth and the ocean in the distance.

The Ghost House Trail takes you through the natural and cultural history of Yanchep National Park. You’ll encounter the sights and sounds of the pristine wetlands and discover the historic remains of the ‘Ghost House’’, passing through tuart forest, banksia woodlands and coastal heath.

Kitty’s Gorge Trail is a beautiful walk following the Serpentine River and Gooralong Brook. Along the way, it passes impressive granite outcrops and the Brook’s many waterfalls.

The south section of this trail, from Mt Helena to Bellevue, is really beautiful. There are many points of interest, from artwork structures acknowledging the part played by the railway in connecting people, to the hidden gems of the waterfalls, creeks and quarries.

The Cape to Cape long-distance walk trail meanders along the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Ridge – the backbone of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. This is a relatively easy section with cliff-top hikes, beach walking and striking views.

The Cape to Cape trail meanders along the Leeuwin-Naturaliste Ridge. The middle section follows the coastline to Ellensbrook historic homestead and Meekadarbee Falls, past isolated coves and along white sandy beaches and coastal cliffs, finishing among the cool, peaceful karri forest.

The final section of the Cape to Cape trail winds through stunning karri forests and along the beach to the protected waters of Hamelin Bay. There’s a challenging walk along a limestone ledge close to the sea – a rewarding way to reach the Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse.
